Jill has been my rental agent for many years and she is extremely efficient. Most of my tenants have been long termers, usually five to ten years, indicating Jill vets them well right from the start and the secret to “not making a rod for her own back”. Tenants may regard her as “firm” but for me she keeps on top of things. R&M and landlord requirements all attended to very promptly and net rental income paid to me on time. Keeps me informed on all matters of interest. A delight to work with. I hold Jill in very high regard and pray she will remain my agent for a long time to come.

Jill Burgess has looked after our rental properties for 14 years. We would not want any other agent. Her “people personality” is her asset. Her ability to discern suitable tenants for our rentals, we believe cannot be matched by other agents. Integrity, attention to detail, plus taking into account our requirements for suitable tenants, (e.g. no pets) is met with humour, professionalism and “that special x factor” that makes Jill an outstanding rental agent.
