Jill has been my rental agent for many years and she is extremely efficient. Most of my tenants have been long termers, usually five to ten years, indicating Jill vets them well right from the start and the secret to “not making a rod for her own back”. Tenants may regard her as “firm” but for me she keeps on top of things. R&M and landlord requirements all attended to very promptly and net rental income paid to me on time. Jill Burgess has looked after our rental properties for 14 years. We would not want any other agent. Her “people personality” is her asset.
