“Would use again! We met Gary when looking at properties to decide if we would sell. He stood out as professional and experienced.

Once we decided to test the market, Gary was one of 4 agents we talked to. All were good, but Gary understood us and listened to our needs, which was very important since we loved our house and deep down didn't want to sell. He never commoditised our property, which we appreciated.

Being at the higher end of the market, it took a month or two to get a few offers as the market had slowed down. Gary stayed positive throughout the process. We received a few offers, and then it was a waiting game to go unconditional.

As we got nearer to the end, we had seen many houses to buy, but none of them quite met our needs. Gary, who knew us quite well by then, understood our needs and style. He showed us properties that could meet our requirements, about 3-4 in total. We eventually bought one! It wasn't his listing, but he still assisted us.
