The Roose family have resided in the Pukekohe/Franklin area for over 150 years, a location where Denise herself was raised as were her daughter and four sons.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Business, (double major in Marketing/Advertising Management) and having worked as a brand manager in the fast moving consumer goods industry, Denise became involved in Real Estate in 2003 and was awarded 'Rookie of the Year',(Residential) before going on to achieve status within the top 10% of her nationwide agency.

Denise has experience in all areas of real estate, having worked for a time with Michael Boulgaris (Location, Location, Location) selling Rural and High End Luxury Properties and with Professionals Real Estate, where she was involved with Commerial leasing and selling.
